Project management

Altus Credo is an expert where IT projects and the management thereof are concerned. This includes the management of project leaders, project members and project suppliers, controlling complete project lifecycle and eventual sub-projects: a concrete, people-oriented approach with tangible results.

The last project managed by Altus Credo was nominated for the best HPTE (High Performed Team) project of the year 2012.

Test management

In its capacity of test manager, Altus Credo is, together with the client, responsible for the coordination of different tests and test phases in order to increase the test efficiency and ensure the product quality. In addition, both test deliverables and the test team are formed and managed by Altus Credo.
